Brenda was a 20-year resident of Southlake, TX until recently moving to neighboring city, Keller. She has two children, both of whom attended K-12 within the Carroll ISD. After 13 years as an Accountant, Brenda changed career paths in 1996 and has worked with families and individuals as a highly successful Realtor in Southlake and the surrounding communities. Much of Brenda’s business comes from families relocating to the DFW Metroplex, with companies such as: Fidelity Investments, Motorola, Bank of America, Citibank, Frito Lay, AT&T, Penske, and Verizon. She has also worked with numerous relocation companies, some of which are: Cendant Mobility, Prudential Relocation, SIRVA Relocation, and GMAC Relocation.
Brenda has always provided superior customer service to her clients, making their needs her priority. Pam was born and raised in Missouri, but has lived in the North Texas area for over 20 years. She married her childhood sweetheart, Mark, and they have two grown daughters. She stayed home with her 2 girls until the youngest was in middle school, and in March 1995, she re-entered the professional world and obtained her Texas Real Estate License. She began her career in real estate right here in Southlake, TX. Pam loves what she does, enjoys the agents she works with, and has a desire to assist families during what she knows can be a very stressful time in a family’s life. She feel fortunate to work for such a great company, Keller Williams, who shares her philosophy: God, family and then business.
Pam has over 20 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers relocating locally, nationally and internationally. Pam has worked with relocation companies assisting many large corporations; including, Wells Fargo, Fidelity Investments, Nokia, American Airlines, Kodak, IBM, Raytheon, JC Penney, Alcon Labs and many others. SIRVA, Cartus, Graebel, and The MI Group are just a few of the relocation companies that Pam has assisted while relocating executives to the Dallas Fort Worth area. Her professional designations include, GRI, ABR, RFC, CNE, e-Pro Civic/Community Member and has served 5 years on the Keller William’s Agent Leadership Council.
When Pam is not working, she enjoys spending time with family. She is active in her local church, and enjoys leading ladies Bible studies and serving on the welcome team. She enjoys reading, learning new things, and golfing.
Rick White, Realtor®
Rick White is a 32-year resident of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area, having actually owned a home in all three cities. He is extremely familiar with the northeast Tarrant County area. His father was the chief building inspector for the city of Hurst for a number of years prior to his retirement. Rick is married to his lovely wife, Becky, and they have one son, Chris, and three grandchildren. Chris is also connected to the H-E-B area, serving the Euless Police Department as their liaison officer. After working for the Social Security Administration for 33 years and retiring as the manager of the office in Dallas, Rick retired and changed professional careers. He is now a successful REALTOR® working with the Blaser-Yoakum Team. Rick has found his niche and thoroughly enjoys working with different nationalities of people moving into and leaving the DFW Metroplex. He is thoroughly bilingual and graduated from college with a minor in Spanish, and also did foreign study in Mexico. Recent travel just this past year with a trip to Spain gave him an opportunity to use that knowledge even more.
Rick is extremely helpful and each of his customers shares a special place with him. He has his own personal motto that his customer’s priorities also become his. He has many customer referrals because of his caring and attention to detail that he has given his former clientele.
When not working his real estate business he loves to attend Euless Trinity football games with his three grandchildren, and taking them on their yearly vacation with their papa.
Marilyn Newman, Realtor® SRES
Marilyn moved to Texas in 2000 due to her husband, David’s, corporate relocation. They chose Southlake, TX as their first home because of the convenience it afforded in commuting to work and the DFW Airport. When David retired, they decided to ‘right size’ to a lower maintenance home in Keller, TX. Each time they moved, her realtor told her that she should be in real estate. Realtor friends echoed that sentiment and after a 28-year career with American Express Company, Marilyn decided to take some time off to explore her “creative side” and get involved in community service. Marilyn joined the Blaser Yoakum Team at Keller Williams DFW – Southlake, in 2013.
Marilyn understands that one of the most challenging decisions we are faced with as we age comes from realizing that our current home no longer supports our needs. To some the thought of relocation is exciting…but to most of us, it is overwhelming! Ann Baker is a native Texas who has lived in North Texas most of her life. She now lives in North Richland Hills, but works throughout the Metroplex.
Ann has always had an interest in real estate. After more than 20 years in the corporate field, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate agent. Ann realizes what an important decision it is to buy or sell a home. She enjoys helping people through the process. Ann is an Accredited Staging Professional who can assist you in preparing your home for sale. Ann also has the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Ann is excellent in helping people with lifestyle transitions and right sizing.

Tara Singletary, Realtor®
Tara was born into an Air Force family, and by the time she moved to Colleyville at age 13 she had already lived in five states. She relates very closely to the line “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could!”. For her parents, moving to Colleyville was a homecoming; her mom grew up in Hurst and her Dad grew up in Colleyville, and it quickly became her home as well. She attended Texas Tech University, majoring in Advertising, and spent a few years in the radio business doing advertising sales. She took a job in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she met her husband, Jayson, who was active duty Air Force. During her time in Colorado, she transitioned into banking. In 2012, the military moved them all the way to Fairbanks, Alaska, where she continued working for Wells Fargo until they welcomed their son, Jaxon, and she became a stay-at-home mom. After spending three years in Fairbanks, they were stationed in Phoenix, Arizona in 2015 where they welcomed their second son, Sawyer, only four short weeks after moving to Phoenix. Jayson retired from 20 years of service in March 2017, and by July they moved back to Tara’s hometown of Colleyville. Tara and her husband were thrilled about making this move and finally being able to lay down some roots.
Real Estate is something Tara had always wanted to do, and she feels that her own experiences of moving throughout her life give her a deep understanding of just how important it is to find a home and neighborhood that you love, as well as a community that you can be proud of. She loves working with people and getting to know them on a personal level, and feels her passion for Real Estate combined with her strong interpersonal skills have led her to her dream job.
Tara loves to be with her family; whether it’s taking her sons to the park, or enjoying a weekly Sunday dinner with four generations of family, she can typically be found doing something with them. She has a passion for health and fitness, and enjoys going over to Lifetime Fitness several times a week with her husband and children. As a child, she had many memories of being out on the lake with her grandparents, and now she is excited to see her boys grow up going on boat rides and go tubing just like she did. Tara does a lot of volunteering at her son’s school, and is very involved in her church, First Colleyville, where she volunteers and is part of a bible study and small group. She has also been part of a local MOPS group, or Moms of Preschoolers, for the past two years.

Sandy grew up in the Mid-Cities of Dallas-Fort Worth. After graduating with her undergraduate degree in 2012, Sandy decided it was time to jump into real estate on a personal level so she bought her first home in 2013. After what ended up being a rather stressful transaction, Sandy put real estate out of her mind. A few months later she had an opportunity to buy a home she couldn’t say no to. She bought the home and gained exposure on flipping her first property. Suddenly, she fell in love with real estate and discovered a passion for real estate.
Sandy completed her graduate degree from Texas A&M, her real estate prerequisites and came to Keller Williams to start her real estate career. She has a desire to assist first time home buyers and a determination to represent each client with attention to detail. Unlike her first 2 transactions, her goal is to make the transactions as stress free as possible. Her hope is that potential home buyers and sellers never experience the stress and uncertainty that she did when she purchased her first homes. Sandy feels homeownership and the purchase of properties are important milestones, far too important to be represented by an agent that strives for anything less than excellence.
