Because there can be so many parties involved in each transaction, it’s beneficial to have someone working in this capacity to ensure important details don’t slip through the cracks.

Listing Agent

Sellers will work with a listing agent who reviews market data and comparable properties to determine a sales price. The seller’s agent can offer their professional opinion and instruction to assist in getting buyers to take notice of newly listed properties.

Marketing Director
